🌿 Discover Da Lat Coffee Culture at HuyEco

☕ Introduction

Da Lat is famous for its cool climate, mountain views, and vibrant coffee culture. While Vietnam is often associated with iced milk coffee, egg coffee, or coconut coffee, at HuyEco Coffee & Culture we invite you to look deeper — to discover what truly lies behind your cup. As farmers, we proudly share our journey from farm to cup, practicing sustainable farming without chemicals.

🚶 The 1.5h Coffee Tour Experience

Although the harvest season has ended, the story of coffee continues. Our 1.5-hour tour is designed for travelers who want to learn, taste, and experience coffee with all five senses:

  • Taste: Sample 5–7 different coffees we produce, from Robusta grown at 1000m to Arabica at 1500m.
  • Smell & Hear: Enjoy the aroma and listen to the crackling sound of beans during roasting.
  • Touch: Handle green beans and roasted beans to feel the difference.
  • See: Discover sustainable farming and processing methods that create fruity, sweet, or bitter flavors.
  • Do: Roast your own batch and taste it immediately, comparing flavors side by side.

Guided by an expert with over 10 years of experience in specialty coffee and organic farming, you will understand why sustainable practices — such as harvesting only ripe cherries — matter for quality, health, and the environment.
