The Coffee Roasting Machine – 1.5kg per batch

Our professional gas‑powered roaster handles 1.5kg per batch and up to 100kg per day. Gas allows us to control heat with precision, ensuring each roast profile is consistent and optimized. This machine is versatile: it can roast commercial lots while also handling small sample batches, perfect for keeping flavors fresh and tailored to our café’s needs.

The roaster is connected to a computer, so every roast profile can be recorded and replicated on larger machines if needed. This ensures that the quality and flavor developed here can scale without compromise.

Arabica vs. Robusta – Different Beans, Different Fires

Each coffee variety demands its own approach.

  • Robusta: dense in structure, requires stronger heat and a more powerful flame.

  • Arabica: lighter, more delicate, roasted gently to preserve its floral and fruity notes.

That is why I personally stand at the roaster. Every batch is guided by hand, balancing science and intuition.

Sustainability in Every Roast

Even the by‑products of roasting — the thin parchment husks — are not wasted. They are collected and composted, returning nutrients to our organic gardens. In this way, roasting is part of a closed loop that connects farm, cup, and land. 🌱☕
