HuyEco is a forest-grown coffee and cultural experience project in Da Lat, Vietnam.
After more than 10 years of living and working as a sustainable coffee farmer, we created a space to connect nature, people, and local culture.
Here, you’ll find coffee, tea, fruits, and native crops grown through biodiversity farming — protecting ecosystems and preserving authentic flavors.
Join our coffee and culture tour to explore how we produce high-quality coffee within a living cultural ecosystem — where every cup tells a real story.
There is another way.
After the war, Vietnam quickly became one of the world’s top coffee exporters. Our farmers achieved record-breaking yields on small plots of land — all by hand.
As an agricultural engineer, I’ve learned the most effective and creative techniques from farmers who never studied beyond primary school.
But behind that success was a cost: shrinking forests, chemical overuse, and a focus on yield over quality.
I chose a different path — growing coffee under shade trees, harvesting by hand, processing and roasting ourselves — to build a more balanced ecosystem and deliver better coffee to conscious consumers.
Some farmers have joined me on this journey. We start with what we have. And we walk together.
Visit HuyEco and experience the sustainable ecosystem we’re building — one cup at a time.
