Robusta thrives at lower altitudes, with taller trees and naturally higher yields compared to Arabica. It contains more caffeine, giving a stronger kick, yet with careful medium roasting at HuyEco, bitterness is softened and a pleasant sweet aftertaste remains.

The coffee cherries are sun-dried whole on raised beds for over two weeks, allowing natural fermentation inside the fruit. The Medium roast enhances body without being overpowering, resulting in a smooth and approachable cup. Manual brewing preserves the woody aroma and sweet finish. When brewed with a Phin or espresso machine, the flavor remains stable — no sourness, no bitterness — ideal for milk-based drinks or black coffee.
