🍒 Flavor Profile – Arabica Black Honey Medium Roast
The coffee cherries are sun-dried whole on raised beds for over two weeks (some time 1 month by raining time). The aroma is developed through natural fermentation inside the fruit. When brewed lightly, the fruity brilliance shines through. Its gentle sweetness makes it easy to drink, especially in the afternoon.

When brewed with a Phin or espresso machine, high temperatures may destroy the fruity aroma and intensify the acidity.
