At HuyEco Coffee & Culture, our half-day tour is available all year. Each season offers a unique way to discover Da Lat’s coffee culture, sustainable farming, and local traditions. Whether you join us during harvest or off-season, you’ll connect with the land, the farmers, and the culture behind every cup.
A moment with our K’ho farmer partner — sharing the journey of sustainable coffee with our guests in Da Lat. Together, we cultivate Arabica with care, protect the forest, and preserve local culture.

Start: Morning coffee and introduction at HuyEco Café
Farm Visit: Private Arabica or Robusta farm, approx. 20 km from Da Lat (~1 hour drive)

Fee: 2,000,000 VND for half-day farm tour (in the morning)
311,000 VND/person for 1.5h tasting tour (at our café in afternoon)

Even when harvest season is over, coffee continues to grow. This period focuses on farm visits and cultural exploration:
Farm Visit: Choose Arabica or Robusta farm. Learn about biodiversity, organic fertilizers, and forest protection.
Sustainable Practices: Discover why we avoid chemicals and insist on soil regeneration.
Local Culture: Visit a traditional silk weaving workshop, where farming and craft coexist.
Processing & Tasting: Back at HuyEco Café, explore post-harvest steps and taste Arabica & Robusta coffees.

🍒 November – January (Harvest Season Edition)
This is the most interactive time of year — the coffee harvest season. Guests can:
Hand-Pick Arabica or Robusta Coffee Cherries: Experience the importance of harvesting only ripe fruit.
Post-Harvest Processing: Join sorting, drying, and roasting activities.
Farm-to-Cup Journey: Taste the coffee you helped harvest, completing the cycle from soil to cup.
Begin your half-day tour with a cup of specialty coffee and discover the farm-to-cup process in Da Lat.
Guests hand-picking ripe Arabica cherries at our highland farm in Da Lat — where sustainable practices meet mountain-grown flavor. This harvest experience is part of our coffee tour, offering insight into ethical farming and the importance of picking only ripe fruit.
🕖 Sample Schedule (Half-Day Tour)
7:00 AM — Pickup & Optional Morning Brew
We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Da Lat. Solo travelers ride by motorbike, groups by car or van.
Before departure, enjoy a peaceful hand-brewed coffee at HuyEco Café and explore our coffee exhibition.
8:00 AM — Departure to Farm (Approx. 20 km, ~1 hour drive)
Depending on your choice, we’ll head to either the Robusta forest-garden farm or the Arabica highland farm.
Along the way, you’ll pass through local villages and learn about the daily life and culture of Da Lat’s communities.
9:00 AM — Farm Visit & Local Culture
Robusta Farm: Explore a biodiverse forest-garden ecosystem with coffee, fruit trees, and free-range animals. Learn about sustainable farming and visit nearby cultural sites connected to Robusta farmers.
Arabica Farm: Discover highland Arabica cultivation with ethnic minority farmers. Understand organic practices and soil regeneration, and experience local traditions unique to the highland communities.
10:30 AM — Local Silk Weaving Workshop & Cultural Exploration
Visit a traditional silk weaving workshop, where farming and craft coexist. Learn how silkworms are raised and how handwoven fabrics are created — a cultural livelihood beyond coffee.
11:30 AM — Processing & Tasting at HuyEco Café
Return to our café for post-harvest activities: sorting, roasting, and tasting coffee from the farms you visited.
This completes the journey — from soil to cup, enriched by local culture.
